Can I cancel my order?

Why hasn’t my order arrived?

If your order has not arrived in the specified timeframe try the following
use the tracking number provided to track your order with the specified delivery provider
Look out for a delivery card and verify that the parcel was not left with your neighbour
Sign into your account and check that your delivery address and contact details are correct
If your order still hasn’t turned up then do contact us. We will endeavour to locate your parcel as soon as possible.

Have you received my returned item(s)?

We will send you an email once your returned item(s) have been received by us. If you have not received an email in 10 working days then please contact us.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like to exchange an item please contact us first. Please note that we can only exchange for the same item in a different size and can only do so within the UK.

Please note that vintage items cannot be exchanged only refunded.
